The Hostess with the Mostess!

Wendy had a family gathering so everyone could get together and visit with Dad and Mona. Thank you Wendy for all the work that you put into having us all there. There was a great turnout and everyone had fun. We love you!

Baby Parker's blessing day

What an amazing addition to the family. We are so proud to have another little grandson. This is our 3rd grandson, along with 4 granddaughters and a few on the way at the first of the year. The family just keeps growing and growing...and we are loving it!

Baby Parker's Blessing Day

Sunday, Sept. 7, 2008, Little Parker Jordan Nischan was blessed by his father in their ward in Queen Creek, AZ. I can't get over what a handsome young little baby he is. I couldn't just pick out one photo, so I just put them all on here. I miss him already

These were the men that stood in the circle. Everyone is family.

Our Trip to Phoenix

We went to a Mexican Restraunt in Queen Creek with all the family and had so much fun. Russ, Chad, their mom and Abi met us there along with Alisha, Jordan, Parker and Anya. Jordan's family also joined us and we loved seeing everyone. The food was great too!

Anya and Abi having fun while waiting to be seated. Aren't they adorable?

What a good looking boy...you're cute too, Jordan...:)

What a precious little boy Parker is. He is so perfect in every way, and he is such a pleasant little guy. I don't think we every heard him cry. I would say that Jordan is one very proud Papa!

Night out on the Town

This was a fun night out with the kids. Gary had to work late so the kids invited me to go. It was a lot of fun. Chase is always happy and just glad to be where the party is!

If I knew Photoshop, I would erase my wrinkled forehead and double chin, but untill then, I will just have to deal with it! It's even worse, when I am next to a beautiful young woman like Whitney. Oh, to be young...again. I love you guys!

Night out with a few of the kids and grandkids

As you can see Chase loves his Aunt Whit Whit. He thinks she is really funny!

What gorgeous blue eyes!

Boston thinks everything is funny! Especially when he throws his food on the ground.

What a beautiful couple. We know where little Boston gets his good looks!

Hammin it up with Sis's

We went to the Cemetary to put roses on the graves of Mom and Jennifer. Dad bought the roses and gave each daughter a rose as well. Annette wasn't able to make it, so we donated her rose to Jennifer's grave. It was a fun day...always is when we are together!

Day with our Sweet Daddy

Dad flew into SL on Wed. Aug. 27th, and Mona drove in from Texas with her Granddaughter a few days later. Cookie, Wendy and I went to the airport to pick up Dad, took him to lunch and then to the Cemetary, where he could put roses on Mom's grave. It is tradition for him to put red roses on her grave and give each of his daughters a red rose as well. He is very centimental and sweet and we love him dearly. We have love having him these past two weeks and spending quality time with him. He and Mona are such good sports to continually travel here to see their family at 85 and 82. We will miss them when they have to leave to go home.
