Happy Birthday Chloe! I talked to you on your birthday, but after looking at this sweet tribute to the love that your daddy has for you, it also brought tears to my eyes and a lump in my throat. You are loved by so many and as you grow older, you will be loved by all that know you. You have been a joy to watch grow older each year.
